This is a screenshot of an executive dashboard designed to provide senior leadership with actionable insights into a portfolio of research projects.  Each project supported objectives and strategies in the organization’s strategic framework.  I developed KPIs to quantify how integral a project was in helping the program meet its objectives and strategies.  This interactive tool displayed schedule data to show progress towards completion and the strategic framework KPIs I created.  Executives found this tool useful for consolidating tons of information in a single place and giving them the data they needed for decision-making.
