This is a screenshot of an executive dashboard used to input subjective data from upper mgmt and senior leaders about drivers for de-scoping projects from the program’s portfolio.  Executives could score the level of effort, strategic KPIs, and cost impact of each project.  Then, an algorithm prioritized the projects based on a single summary value that executives could rely on for data-driven decision-making.
